Refund policy
All sales are final. Ian Bloom Shop does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact orders@ianbloom.co within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the packaging, the item, and any interior packing materials. We will determine the appropriate remedy in our sole discretion. Remedies may include replacement, repair, store credit, or refund where replacement or repair is not possible.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable once services have been performed, except where required by law.
